Tasting note
Bright ruby red with purple reflections. Inviting bouquet with extremely rich fruit. On the palate, too, Carme shows rich fruit with harmoniously integrated tannin. Smooth and round in the aftertaste and aftertaste. A versatile all-rounder.
Culinary recommendation
It goes particularly well with braised or grilled beef and lamb, game dishes and hearty stews. Pasta with strong sauces, risotto with mushrooms or mature hard cheese such as Grana Padano are also ideal companions.
Vinification
Maceration and fermentation take about 20 days, after which the wine rests in cement tanks.
