Tasting note
A beautiful, bright golden yellow color. The aroma is intense and complex with notes of ripe local and tropical fruits and dried flowers, accompanied by a slight haze of vanilla. Apples, bananas, hazelnuts, broom and passionflower appear. It is velvety in the mouth. It has a perfect balance of flavors, delicate aromas and an endless aftertaste. Excellent with chickpea puree and sautéed octopus with rosemary.
