About the wine

Tasting note
It's memorable: its rich purple gives every occasion an extravagant touch. A fruity red wine with a strong body and distinctive acidity, which develops its complex structure in a balanced way with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meat, lamb chops, Iberian ham or aged Manchego cheese. It is also an excellent choice with hearty stews and mushroom dishes.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: The vines are 25 years old. The maximum yield is 4500 kg/ha. Fermentation in steel tanks. Aging for 9 months in 60% Franconian barriques and 40% American barriques with an average age of 1-3 years. Then on the bottle for at least 6 months.
