Tasting note
In the glass, this wine is dark ruby red and seduces with intense berry aromas, which are accompanied by a subtle note of pepper. The complex structure makes it elegant and balanced. On the palate, there is a fine balance between fruit and spice, which results in a long, intense finish. A wine that impresses with character and depth and invites you to enjoy.
Vinification
Hand-picked grapes from a historic vineyard. After straining, the mash is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After biological acid degradation, the wine ages for 12 months in barriques (30% new ones). Assemblage 2-3 months before bottling, then bottle aging for 12 months.
