Tasting note
The fruity fragrance spectrum of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma character and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape its individual texture. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which shows a lot of character and class, pleasantly with fine tannins in the mouth.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: Fermentation in traditional, open fermentation vats with gentle submersion of the pomace hat. The wine matures in combination of 25% new French and American barriques, with a balanced blend of 1, 2, 3 and 4 times used barrels.
