Tasting note
Deep ruby red, intense nose of dark berries and plums. Spicy notes on the palate, juicy, supple and comfortable with lots of ripe fruit and fine roasted aromas. Long lasting finish.

Vinification
The selected grapes are destemmed after manual harvesting and subjected to a cool maceration period. Fermentation is then initiated using natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks and the pomace cap is regularly pushed under. After pressing, the wine matures in new French barrique and is bottled after 15 months of aging.
