The Bündner Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed as whole grapes to preserve the fine aromas, delicate fruit and natural freshness. A brief contact with the grape skins gives the wine its delicate rosé color. The second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat process, which gives the wine its lively perlage and fruity elegance. Regular batonnage gives it richness, depth and a creamy texture, which harmoniously underlines the fine character of the grape.
