Bu N'daw VDP d'Oc 2023 - Grange de Quatre Sous

Pale yellow Ripe aroma with notes of pears, apples, quinces. herbs. Strong, full-bodied, supple, slightly salty with refreshing minerality on the palate. This wine is made from the Petite Arvine vine branches originally from Valais. On the Grange, the vines thrive on clay-rich limestone soils, which is why they develop pronounced acidity. Hildegard remembers the wines of her home country and gives them a Mediterranean touch. The 2023 vintage is the first Bu n'Daw made from clay amphora.
