About the wine
With the fine Brut AC, you will positively surprise your friends. The winemaker from the French winery Nominé Renard grows this wine in the Champagne countryside.

Tasting note
Wonderful classic cuvée brut, composed with 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Meunier. The base wine was aged in steel tanks. Inviting nose with aromas of yellow peaches, mirabelles, pears and candied citrus fruits, plus a touch of freshly cooked applesauce, framed with delicate spicy notes of shortbread cookies, brioche and dried flowers. Round and elegant on the palate, with juicy fruit and lovely freshness.
Culinary recommendation
The ideal champagne for an aperitif with friends, but also with fine lemon risotto, with tagliatelle with fish and seafood or even with light vegetable cuisine, such as zucchini flowers filled with ricotta and herbs.
