Tasting note
Light flat yellow with golden inclusions. On the nose, you can find the aromas of green apple and citrus. The mousse is perfectly sparkling, on the palate, the traditionally bottle-fermented Blanc de Blanc ends with a hint of nut and acacia and elegant freshness. Fréderic Brochet is once again a perfect “champagne” whose vines know neither insecticides nor herbicides and which was disgorged and bottled after 18 months of ageing on the fine yeast, vegan and certified organic.
