Tasting note
Dense ruby red. The intense bouquet is extremely complex, combining clear fruit notes and mineral components harmoniously. The rich fruit also forms the backbone on the palate, complemented by harmoniously integrated roasted aromas. A powerful wine with long-lasting aftertaste and aftertaste.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually, in different stages, depending on the degree of ripeness. The vinification takes place separately by type. The temperature-controlled fermentation takes three to four weeks and the wine ages in barriques before bottling.
