About the wine
We have a special, outstanding Aglianico from 2013 for you, which is enthralling many wine connoisseurs. Sunny and blooming landscapes in Apulia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tormaresca conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Aglianico is ideal to serve with leek vegetables or fried potatoes.

Tasting note
The grapes for Bocca di Lupo are harvested as a selection with slight overripening and carefully selected. Mash fermentation is carried out in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. The young wine then matures for 20 months in French and Hungarian barriques and a further 12 months in the bottle.

Goes well with lamb gigot with garlic or spicy pasta dishes.
