About the wine
Love for Burgenland tradition and love for nature: that is what drives Triebaumers in their work. They produce plants that can be attributed to their origin at any time. Of course, Blaufränkisch dominates, which they know perfectly both in the fine-cherry-fruity variety and in the complex, spicy one. Respect for their sites and soils is reflected in their abstinence from synthetic fertilisers, herbicides and insecticides. In 25 out of 26 points, their viticulture is also organic-organic.

Tasting note
Dense purple. Black berries, sour selenium compote, cedar notes, ivy and a touch of green pepper, very lush and complex appearance. Dry, compact tannin structure, rich berry fruit and very intense in taste. Very coherent and rich in finesse.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with red meats and stews.
Vinification
Harvested by hand in small boxes, 14 days of closed fermentation at around | 30 °C for a short time, then maceration time for 4 days, gentle pressing and storage in small 300 l oak barrels (25% new).
