Tasting note
The name Bin 704 is inspired by the mirror or inverted image of its Australian stable companion Bin 407, a wine that also respects the expression of the grape variety. Diverse just in the nose. Cassis notes are abundant, plums and cinnamon notes. Mace flowers float over dried tobacco and sage. On the palate, there is a generous sweet fruit core that offers plenty of flesh. Baking spices abound. The acidity is firm and persistent and contrasts nicely with the lush fruits and fine-grained tannins.
