Tasting note
Soft pink, with an aromatic scent of red summer berries and that hint of spice, Belle Année is an attractive addition to the Mirabeau range. A wonderful rosé for every taste. Elegant and fruity with lively freshness, as an aperitif or as a versatile food companion.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, aperitifs, salads, saltwater fish, starters.
Vinification
Maison Mirabeau harvests the grapes early in the morning. By harvesting in the cool hours of the night, the maximum freshness can be extracted from the grapes. They are then immediately gently pressed to the exclusion of Sauertsoff, some also cold mashed and fermented at controlled temperature.
