About the wine
The new Bellavista Alma Assemblage is produced under the direction of Francesca Moretti and accompanied by Richard Geoffroy. In natural farming with Marco Simonit, each vine is individually cultivated — for healthier grapes, more freshness and deeper complexity. Harvesting and vinification follow the course of the climate and take into account the challenges of global warming. Over 100 layers are microvinified so that the vintage is clearly expressed. With reduced dosage, higher drinking flow and precise terroir depth, Alma is today crystalline, energetic and complex: depth, joy, energy, crystallinity, complexity.

Tasting note
Fine perlage. A delicate bouquet of Mediterranean flowers that combines with vivid citrus notes and offers freshness and complexity. Dynamic and firm on the palate, with a mineral finish that gives depth and character. It reveals a distinctive acid structure that is combined with profound balance and harmony. Its natural freshness is combined with stylistic maturity and thus creates a complete and tasty experience right down to the long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, sushi, fish and Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
After 30 months of bottle fermentation, disgorgement and Extra Brut Dosage of 3.5 g/L, the bottle ages for six months.
