Die The first alcohol-free version from Conchi is elegant, with fine perlage and full-bodied texture therefore. As usual with Conchi, the Xarello, Macabeo and the Parelladagrapes picked by hand from vines over 25 years old, which Grape varieties are vinified separately.

Tasting note
Light yellow with fine perlage. White flowers, citrus and brioche in the slightly tart nose. Also yellow apple peel, white almonds and quince jelly. Delicate start with pleasant mousse and good balance between citrus freshness and ripe stone fruit aromas. A classy companion to any reception or dinner party, completely without alcohol.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, appetizers, fish and light meat dishes, but also cream cheese, ripe brie, puff pastry and almond cookies.
