Tasting note
Delicate, bright rosé. On the nose, tempting aromas of red berries such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of citrus. Fresh and lively on the palate with a fine but well-integrated acidity and an elegant, fruity body. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled salmon, seafood or lightly spiced Asian dishes such as sushi or Thai curry. It also goes well with fresh summer salads or mild goat cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are handpicked and gently pressed to preserve the fresh aromas. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit's character. The wine is then aged on the lees for a few months to develop more complexity.
