This powerful and very elegant wine, which reflects the fineness of the Nebbiolo from the “il Lazzarito” vineyard, comes from vines over 80 years old, which, despite their age, are still bursting with strength and energy. Vinification
Fermentation takes place by maceration on the grape skins for 30 days. The wine is then aged for 30 months in 2,000 liter oak barrels and is left to rest in the bottle for at least 2 years before being sold
