About the wine
Brovia is one of the best Barolo producers in Piedmont and cultivates large individual vineyards such as Villero, Rocche di Castiglione and Garblét Sue. These Nebbiolo plants are characterized by high quality, unique elegance, strong character and great ripening potential.
Tasting note
Powerful, dense and full-bodied Barolo with intense fruit aromas of black cherries, plums, lavender and iron. Well-structured on the palate, with strong tannins. Very good storage potential.

Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation for 15 to 20 days on the mash at a maximum of 28°C. Then classic aging in French wooden barrels (30 hl) for two years. Filling without filtration and subsequent bottle aging under optimal conditions.
