About the wine

Tasting note
Lightened garnet red. Very complex on the nose with notes of cherries, pickled cherries, roses, cloves, juniper and koreander. On the palate, the Barolo Pio Cesare is dense, with lots of ripe, melty tannin, balanced and elegant, rich in finesse and ripe fruit aromas. Very long finish. A classic Barolo with good aging potential and ideal food glider.
Culinary recommendation
Barolo DOCG 2021 goes perfectly with dishes such as pot roast, game dishes, pasta with meat sauces and aged hard cheese.
