Treat yourself to the senses with the first-class Barolo docg from 2013! The winemaker from the Italian winery Beni di Batasiolo absolutely masters his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny and picturesque countryside of Piedmont.

Tasting note
Medium garnet red with purple reflections. On the nose, elegant spicy notes, some dry forest soil, dried fruit and ripe cherries. On the palate, fine fruit sweeteners, dried rose petals, plums, wild herbs and dried fruit. The wine has a strong structure with present, fine-grained tannins, ending in a long, elegantly polished finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with currency dishes such as brasato with polenta.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are gently crushed and fermented as a mash. The young wine is then aged in traditional, large Slavonian oak barrels for two years and then rests in the bottle for another year.
