About the wine
This Barolo is made from the best grapes from the Bussia di Monforte, Annunziata La Morra, Ravera Novello, La Volta Barolo and Scarrone di Castiglione Falletto vineyards. The various layers are aged separately in barriques. The result is a delicious Barolo with notes of elderberry, dark berries, prunes and chocolate. It is very strong and shows pleasant woody notes. Beautiful Barolo which you can store for a good few more years. Excellent value for money! This wine is only available in a magnum bottle. Goes well with: dark meat, roast meat, wild boar, aged hard cheese.

Tasting note
The scent spectrum of anise shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The striking shades of roses and cherries create their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and outstanding acidity, which develops its complex structure vigorously with rich tannins on the tongue and palate.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Goes well with truffle risotto, burrata and prosciutto. The recommended consumption phase of this wine is in the following period: 15-20 years.
