Tasting note
The Barolo Dagromis has a deep dark ruby red and smells intensely of wild berries, a full-blooming lilac bush and a fine herbal spice. In the mouth, you can feel the firm yet velvety soft, elegant structure. Due to the prolonged aging in the wine cellar, it is ready to drink early.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Barolo Dagromis DOCG passt bestens zu Burrata, Trüffelrisotto und Prosciutto.
Vinification
Barolo Dagromis comes from Nebbiolo vineyards in the municipalities of Serralunga and La Morra. After 3 weeks of maceration in steel tanks, the aging takes place for 12 months in barriques and for 18 months in large oak barrels.
