About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Garesio masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the sunny and blooming landscape of Piedmont. We have a special, biting Nebbiolo from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Nebbiolo with beef or truffle risotto.
Tasting note
Intense garnet red. Notes of red fruits, tobacco, pepper and white flowers. The entrance is full, enveloping, elegant, with soft, supple tannins typical of Menzione Cerretta. It leaves a clean and persistent finish in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roasts, pot roasts, wild and feathered game and mature hard cheeses.
Vinification
Certified organic grapes. Manual selection of the grapes, harvest time: October. Fermentation and maceration for approx. 35 days, pumping over and délestage, the last 15 days of submerged lids.
