Tasting note
Deep red in the glass. On the nose, aromas of roses and a slight scent of wood. A beautifully rounded wine with excellent tannins and balanced acidity. A wine that can be stored for 15-25 years and gets better every year.

Vinification
After fermentation, the wine is stored in Franconian oak barriques for 12 months (50% new and 50% old). This is followed by a further 12 months in 25 hl wooden barrels.
