Tasting note
Delicate pale pink. Concentrated bouquet with notes of white currant and pomegranate and delicate notes of sour cherries. Very spicy and refreshing, with good balance and nice aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, fish antipasti, Lake Garda trout, grilled fish, cold rice with vegetables, white meat, Asian cuisine, spicy and spicy dishes.
