Tasting note
Dark ruby red. Intense ripe fruit on the nose, berry with a slight vanilla note. Powerful structure on the palate. The fine acidity underlines the aromatic finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with strong sauces, semi-hard cheese and salami
Vinification
Fermentation 7-8 days on the skins for good extraction of color and tannins. The wine is then aged for a year in small French oak barrels. It is stored in the bottle for at least 6 months before being sold
