Vinification
A great Barbera, this wine from Cascina Baricchi: strong fruit, real spice from the wood, incomparable balance in the mouth, in short: a waste of characteristic words is unavoidable when you want to describe the wines of this house. Only 4000 bottles are produced. The grapes ripen in the municipality of Neviglie (CN) in a vineyard that was cultivated in 1992. The refinement takes place in oak barrels and lasts approximately 12 months. Acidity: 6.57 g/l - Dry extract: 34.3 g/l.
