This outstanding Nebbiolo — Barbaresco Rôca de la Selva is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Fontanafredda masters this red wine in the picturesque and fertile countryside of Piedmont. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Nebbiolo with truffle risotto or pizza.

Tasting note
Garnet red color. On the nose, notes of vanilla, violet and undergrowth. Soft on the palate with soft tannins, harmonious and long aftertaste.

Vinification
Fermentation of the must for approx. 10 days at a maximum of 30 °C. Aging for at least one year in large oak barrels. The wine then remains in the bottle for at least 12 months
