About the wine
The picturesque and fertile landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Dante Rivetti conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With the outstanding Nebbiolo 2011 — Barbaresco DOCG Bric'Micca Dante Rivetti, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Nebbiolo with beef or prosciutto.

Tasting note
Bright garnet red with orange-yellow reflections. Intense on the nose with floral and fruity (blackberry and redcurrant) notes. Rich and dry in taste, harmonious with a velvety tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta all'uovo, meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
Vinification
The vine is raised in Guyot. The fermentation takes around 8-10 days with traditional recirculation in chrome steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Ageing for 24 months in barrels of 30 hl of Slavic oak (40% of the wine) and 2.25 hl of French oak (60% of the wine). The wine then ages in the bottle for a further 12 months before it goes on sale. The grapes for this Barbaresco are harvested in the Cascina Micca vineyard (Bric'Micca di Neive).
