Tasting note
The Badilante Toscana IGT is ruby red in color. It smells wonderfully fresh of red fruits combined with slightly spicy components. Extremely pleasing on the palate, with juicy tannins and balanced acidity. With its medium-weight body and harmony, it is the perfect wine for everyday use.

Vinification
Temperature-controlled mash fermentation for 15 to 20 days in modern concrete tanks at 27-28°C. The subsequent maturation takes place for 12 months in so-called tonnaux of 500 liters.
