Tasting note
Deep garnet red with aromas of black cherries, a floral note of roses and orange blossoms, and pepper. A wine with very high minerality, structured and powerful elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Serving temperature at 14 C. The wine is served with red meat, game, but also with dark chocolate.
Vinification
The minerality and balance of the soils contribute to its specificity. Mash fermentation takes place at 0°C, followed by fermentation at 25°C. This is followed by aging for 12 months in French Allier oak barrels. Limited edition, numbered bottles.
