Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Intense bouquet of citrus, white peach and mineral notes. Lively and fresh on the palate, with a crisp acidity, fine structure and a long-lasting, salty finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, grilled fish, goat cheese or fresh salads. Also wonderful as an elegant aperitif.
Vinification
The Alvarinho grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve the diversity of aromas. The wine ages on lees, which gives it complexity and richness.
