About the wine
The estate is located on the Salento Peninsula, the heel of the Italian boot. The history dates back to the 19th century. Even the founders were ambitious and wanted to create a model for viticulture in southern Italy at the time. This spirit is still felt today. In 2008, the Falvo family took over the 80-hectare winery and since then have dedicated themselves with full passion to autochthonous varieties such as Fiano Minutolo, which was almost extinct and was only rediscovered by chance in the Valle d'Itria. The wines have an expressive character, are steadfast yet charming and cosmopolitan.

Tasting note
Complex bouquet reminiscent of pears, citrus fruits and white flowers, paired with spicy notes. In the mouth, it has a lovely fullness, great melting and thanks to the fine acidity, it is very fresh yet spicy, with notes of ripe white fruit on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes, seafood and pasta with fish, but also goes well with antipasti, poultry and soft cheese.

Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks.
