Tasting note
Dense, clear ruby with purple reflections. Intense, ripe and beautifully proportioned fruit aromas on the nose. Reminiscent of plums, cherries and blackberries. Invitingly delicate and juicy on the palate. With a dense texture and soft, well-integrated tannins. Ripe black berry fruit, elegant and tasty. Good length finish.
Culinary recommendation
It's no secret: Cabernet still goes best with fried beef.
Vinification
The grape varieties are harvested separately, briefly macerated in temperature-controlled steel tanks and fermented for 12 to 14 days. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. This is followed by a ten-month aging in 225 L and 350 L French oak barriques.
