Tasting note
Beautiful, opaque, ruby red color, which becomes increasingly garnet red with age. On the nose, we find an intense bouquet with notes of black cherries, which are accompanied by nuances of roasted coffee beans and black chocolate. On the palate, the Armand is full-bodied and full-bodied with a present structure. A power wine that can age for 10 years in an elegant and well-balanced manner.

Vinification
The harvest takes place early in the morning in mid-to-late October and is done by hand. The grapes are transported to the vinification cellar as quickly as possible in small, 12kg boxes. The 10-day mash fermentation takes place in small tanks. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature between 23 and 26 °C. The aging takes place in new French barriques and lasts around 12 months.
