Annia's Gin Gravensteiner Apfel Wacholder - Rochelt

The starting product for Annias gin is — not neutral, industrial alcohol, as in traditional gin making, but Gravensteiner apple brandy aged over many years, whose fine-fruity alcohol is based exclusively on the natural fermentation of fruit sugar. Together with the wild juniper, the Gravensteiner is distilled again, combining the delicate apple notes in stimulating harmony with the spicy juniper. We recommend pure and drop by drop, as well as as a gin & tonic in a mixing ratio of 2 cl Annias gin and 8 cl of quality tonic, refined with a little apple peel and a maximum of two ice cubes.
