Gourmet people who live their passion without even thinking about a business - which then starts innocently. For Niko Dukan, tastings and winery visits are followed by a letter, for Kreso Petrekovic, by importing his beloved Croatian wines to New York - today perhaps the largest natural wine retailer in the USA. Together, the two created Karakterre, the most important salon for natural wines, in 2012, in order to finally answer the call of the vines and make their own wine alone and together in projects. At Vinas Mora, they are looking for the best, barren soils, surrounded by loosely stacked walls so that some ground cover is formed at all, protected from the wind. Together with the winegrowers, they intervene as little as possible in the vineyard and cellar and bottle the passionate, joyfully crazy side of the autochthonous Babiæ. Terroir wines - which reflect soil, vines and culture like hardly any other, a gift!
