About the wine
Fertile and picturesque landscapes of the Loire give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Bobinet conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Cabernet Franc is excellent to serve with venison or ravioli.

Tasting note
Rich, complex and mineral nose. Salty on the palate with a nice balance between red fruits and undergrowth. Fine, velvety tannins and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler is recommended with lamb, goat cheese and meatballs with tomato sauce.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested manually at the optimal time of ripening. Gentle maceration, spontaneous fermentation with local yeasts and maturation for about 12 months in French oak barrels.
