Terre di Santa Maria’s Amarone Valpolicella Classico Riserva is a rich yet elegant red, blending Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes with a smooth, textured feel. Carefully aged in small oak barrels, it reveals layered fruit and balanced structure, showcasing authentic craftsmanship. Perfect when you want a full-bodied wine to savor and share on memorable occasions.

Tasting note
Traditional winemaking with gentle drying of the grapes and long aging in large oak barrels gives it a distinctive character of great density, balance, complexity and elegance. Its 16% alcohol is completely unobtrusive, well accompanied by perfectly integrated acid, velvety tannin and dense extract.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with braised or grilled beef, lamb and game dishes such as venison ragout. Ripened cheeses such as Parmesan or Gorgonzola also harmonize perfectly with its depth. For special moments of pleasure, it can also be enjoyed solo as a meditation wine.
Vinification
After a long fermentation and maceration in steel tanks, the Amarone is aged in large oak barrels for 5 years.
