This Amarone is not a gentle companion — it wants to be discovered, powerful and unadulterated, and will be remembered for a long time.

Tasting note
A true explosion of intense fruit flavors! Contrary to the usual amarone typicity, which is reminiscent of compote, rum fruit and jam, this amarone beguiles with very ripe but fresh fruit aromas of cherries, figs and blackberries and with a fine sweetness that is not obtrusive.
Culinary recommendation
Red meat dishes made from game, lamb and beef, aged cheese.
Vinification
Only the best grapes from each harvest are selected. In small wooden boxes, the grapes dry until January. Fermentation is followed by aging in new barriques for one year, and bottling takes place after two more years in large oak barrels.
