Tasting note
The Amarone Gaso shines with an intense garnet red color and a warm scent of plums, cherries and a hint of bitter almond. On the palate, it impresses with fine tannin and aromas of cloves, licorice and light raisin tones. Long-lasting aftertaste and good shelf life.

Vinification
After selective manual harvesting in the Gaso vineyard, the grapes are dried on wooden bars under the roof for 3 months. The grapes then go through traditional maceration before being stored in large oak barrels and barriques for 36 months, followed by 12 months of bottle aging.
