Tasting note
Very intense red, strong aromas of dried fruit, spicy with vanilla, mild tannins that give the wine softness and elegance, the aroma on the palate is amazing, the aftertaste is long-lasting, an Amarone full of strength and sensuality - a real pleasure!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with opulent and spicy meat dishes with strong sauce, ripe cheese but also for just because without eating anything, an absolute treat.
Vinification
Drying the berries in the grape store for 120 days. Then 24 months of barriques plus 18 months of bottle aging. Vigna Jago is considered the best plot of land in the Valpolicella area. Production: 960 bottles.
