The Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Fallwind from the St. Michael-Eppan winery impresses with exotic aromas such as lychee, ripe fruit and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and with a harmonious minerality — a characteristic South Tyrolean white wine. The St. Michael-Eppan winery, founded in 1907, is one of the leading cooperatives in South Tyrol. It combines the work of over 300 winegrowing families and stands for sustainable wine production, which highlights the diversity and quality of the region.

Tasting note
With unmistakable characteristics, Gewürztraminer Fallwind presents an intense bouquet and fresh, inviting drinkability. The wine is extremely mineral and impresses with notes of ripe, exotic fruits, cinnamon and cloves.
Culinary recommendation
A perfect accompaniment to creamy risotto in all its facets — whether with saffron, porcini mushrooms, pumpkin or pure. Excellent with mature hard cheese — from Parmigiano Reggiano to Sbrinz to pecorino or older alpine cheese.
