Das fruchtige Duftspektrum des St. Michael Fallwind Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC von Passionsfrucht, Pfirsich und Mandel zeigt vielschichtige Aromastruktur und viel Genusspotential. Die dominanten Noten von Zitrone, Limette und Apfel gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Das bleibt in Erinnerung: Sein feines Bernsteingelb erfreut zuerst das Auge und im Anschluss den Geist. Ein fruchtiger Weisswein mit schlankem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine vielschichtige Struktur entfaltet.

Goes well with aperitifs, starters, grilled or smoked fish, smoked salmon, white meat, poultry, asparagus and semi-hard cheese.
Vinification
Mostly fermentation in stainless steel tanks (70%), remaining part fermentation in wooden barrels with biological acid degradation (BSA)
