About the wine
Trento DOC is a classic sparkling wine (Champenoise) made exclusively from Trentino grapes grown in Valle dei Laghi and on the hills of Trento at an altitude of 45 to 6 meters above sea level, i.e. on soils that are particularly suitable for making sparkling wine. The Altemasi Trento DOC Riserva Graal is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and stored on some yeast for at least 72 months.

Tasting note
White foam with fine and continuous. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Delicate and intense aroma with notes of apple and citrus, accompanied by hints of minerals, candied fruits and pastries. Fresh and balanced in the mouth. An important level of acidity that underlines the structure and backbone and gives the wine longevity, endurance and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried fish, white meats, cheese and stuffed pasta.
