Culinary recommendation
This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif as well as with fish dishes and seafood.
Vinification
The grapes are fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place using the classic method at 12°C in the bottle, followed by aging on the yeast for at least 30 months.
