About the wine

The 2021 vintage began with a mild winter, followed by a spring with plenty of rainfall and some frost, which slowed down the reawakening of the vines somewhat and led to later flowering. Summer, with cooler than average temperatures, contributed to a balanced growth cycle. On July 25, a severe hail storm temporarily hampered the expected route to harvest, but the weather in August, together with rising temperatures, marked a decisive turning point. Thanks to constant dedication and strict grape selection in the vineyard, we were able to deliver excellent quality grapes to the winery. The result of this vintage is reflected in unique wines that express all the power and personality of nature, reinforced by careful work in the winery.
