Tasting note
Garnet red. Full bouquet of dark berries, chocolate and vanilla. Fruity on the palate with velvety fine-grained tannins. Long, harmonious finish

Goes well with pasta dishes with meat sauces, red meat and game, aged cheeses
Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand at the end of October. After 25 days of traditional maceration in small, temperature-controlled tanks at 23-25°C, biological acid degradation follows in oak barrels. After several taps, the wine is stored for 30 months in the temperature-controlled barrique cellar and matures in the bottle for at least 12 months before being sold
